- You may take Sick Leave up to a maximum of 14 days per calendar year.
- Out of this 14 days, you may “call in sick” up to two days to rest at home without a Medical Certificate (MC). Beyond this, Sick Leave has to be supported by MC given by a medical professional and tied to a successful medical/dental expenses claim. For example, MCs tied to a cosmetic surgery will not be recognized as Sick Leave and staff will have to take Annual Leave.
