- Cost for medication and tests must be associated with a medical professional’s consultation
- Non-working spouses and children (up to the month of their 18th birthday) are included
- The purpose of this benefit is to care for the dental health of staff and their families. We may not approve claims in situations where this is not the case, e.g. orthodontic procedures initiated by self, retainers, dental hygiene products, etc.
